Customers can place orders with Ariana Spa Supplies 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Once an order is placed, it will typically be processed and shipped within two to seven days from the time it is placed. All orders are processed in order of when they’re received, except for Priority and Express shipping, which are accelerated to ensure they arrive on the expected date.
Ariana Spa Supplies offers free shipping to all 50 U.S. states, as well as all U.S. territories. We follow standard shipping procedures set by USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Orders are shipped from our Ashburn, VA warehouse but may ship from our warehouse in China depending on stock availability. This should not impact an order’s arrival time unless specifically indicated.
Tracking Your Package
We ship domestic orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once an order ships from our warehouse, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included. This can be used to determine where your package is and when it will arrive at its final destination. All orders will require an adult signature upon arrival.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you receive confirmation that your package has been delivered but have not received it, you must contact Ariana Spa Supplies and inform us of the situation within two weeks of placing an order (for domestic orders only). Following your report, we will launch an investigation in an attempt to recover your package and have it redirected to you. If the package is unable to be recovered, we will reship the same product to you, provided it’s still in stock. If you provided an incorrect address and did not receive your package, Ariana Spa Supplies is not responsible for recovering or replacing it.
If your package is unable to be delivered, unclaimed, or refused, customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping and return. These charges will be deducted from any refund.
